Privacy at Crew
This notice explains what information Crew uses when you visit the landing page or join the waitlist.
Waitlist details
When you join, we use your name, email address, phone number, optional store website, and language choice to manage your signup and contact you about Crew. Signup details are stored in our secure database, and our email service delivers the welcome message. We do not send your form details to analytics providers.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics help us understand page visits and how the landing page is used. They start only after you choose “Accept analytics”. We collect page views and limited waitlist flow events, along with session insights, heatmaps, and recordings. The waitlist form is masked, and analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, or message content.
Cookies and your choice
Crew stores your analytics choice in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Your language preference may also be stored separately. If you accept, the analytics providers may use their own browser storage or cookies. If you have not made a choice and close the banner, analytics stays off. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.
